FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out instrumental studying including Holter's ECG monitoring, signal- neutralized ECG for a patient to determine values for cardiac rhythm variability. Veloergometry is carried out. Complex analysis of the data obtained is conducted. One should detect main precursor factors of potentially dangerous arrhythmias. For this purpose it is necessary to apply both quantitative and qualitative analyses of daily extrasystoles, dynamics of ST segment during a day, parameters of signal-neutralized ECG corresponding to criteria of late ventricular potentials, rigid sinus rhythm by values of SDNN, rMSSD, triangular index, tolerance to physical loading, loading- caused ventricular extrasystolia and labial late ventricular potentials. Application of the present innovation provides high efficiency in predicting electric myocardial instability, malignant rhythmic disorders appearing according to re-entry mechanism, sudden cardiac lethality.
