FIELD: manufacture of abrasive tools, possibly working different materials such as sapphire, quartz, ceramics, glass, semiconductive materials and metals. SUBSTANCE: grinding tool includes face chuck to which abrasive members are secured. Space between said abrasive members is filled with filler. Abrasive members may be in the form of pellets. It is possible to use foam epoxide containing mixture of abrasive and finely dispersed powder of aminoplast and(or) phenoplast as filler. Density of filler consists 0.05 -0.8 of density of abrasive pellets. Grain size of abrasive consists 0.05 -0.5 of grain size of abrasive of abrasive pellets. Quantity of abrasive and aminoplast and(or) phenoplast in filler consists respectively 15 - 30 and 10 - 40 % of foam epoxide mass. EFFECT: possibility for working small-size parts and thin large-size parts. 2 dwg
