PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presume traffic volume in object regions with accuracy based on measurement data from few sensors of the traffic volume. SOLUTION: The traffic volume measured by the sensors of the traffic volume is obtained, and ratio of diversion and ratio of approaches of every intersection are presumed. The traffic volume of roads, where the sensors are not installed, is presumed using the traffic volume measured, the ratio of the diversion and the ratio of the approaches. Time to pass the roads between the intersections is presumed using the traffic volume and distance between the intersections. Time necessary for vehicles, which turn to the right or left or go straight ahead, to pass the intersections is presumed using the traffic volume, the ratio of the diversion and the ratio of the approaches.
