PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device and a tomographic apparatus capable of extracting an observation object highly accurately. SOLUTION: By this three-dimensional image display device, detection faces AK can be set relative to each of a plurality of detection points F set along a route KL of the observation object K inside the observation object K, and thresholds for extracting the wall face of the observation object K can be calculated and set relative to each detection face AK, namely, the thresholds can be calculated and set along the route KL of the observation object K. Hereby, the wall face of the observation object K can be extracted accurately, and a pseudo three-dimensional image extracting the observation object K highly accurately can be acquired.
