摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the air flow in low and middle height widely, accurately and easily from the ground. SOLUTION: A first satellite tracing antenna 10 and a second satellite tracing antenna 20 are for receiving beacon waves from non-stationary satellite 60. A reference signal source 35 synchronizes and operates a first and a second receivers 15 and 25 connected by way of signal cables. A correlation processor 40 calculates the difference of arrival time of the satellite waves from the signal received with each antenna 10 and 20. An orbit prediction computer 30 calculates data for correcting the received frequency variation (Doppler shift) due to the direction of antennas 10 and 20 and the motion of the satellite 60 and the variation of arrival time difference, and obtains a correction quantity of the variation of the frequency due to the motion of the satellite 60 and the variation of arrival time of wave. A data analyzer 50 estimates steam distribution in the air from the measured arrival time difference, visualizes it and calculates the two-dimensional steam distribution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
