PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the free height of a coiled spring having a set position for the number of active coils. SOLUTION: The coiled spring 6 used for a damper mechanism 2 is compressed in a rotating direction when a drive plate 4 and a driven plate 5 are rotated relative to each other and formed of a plurality of coils. The number of active coils on the inner peripheral side is larger than that on the outer peripheral side, and wire-to-wire pitches on the outer peripheral side are equal to each other.
