PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seal devices 12a and 12b which maintains an excellent seal performance over a long period even if the devices are used under such a severe environment that the devices are exposed to foreign matter such as slurry and dirt and grease for lubrication is adhered thereto. SOLUTION: A nitrile rubber composition containing bound acrylonitrile of 25 to 36 wt.% is used as an elastic material forming the seal members 16 and 25 of the seal devices 12a and 12b.
