PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact mechanism capable of keeping a holder in the optimum position of the plurality of stages according to the thickness of the arm without any increase in width of the holder. SOLUTION: A body side hinge piece and a holder side hinge piece are respectively provided with one contact hole and one bolt pin insert hole only. The contact part of the bolt pin is non-circular around the axis, whereby the contact position with the wall part of the contact hole can be varied depending on the direction of inserting the bolt pin into the pin insert hole to correspond to the thickness of each arm.
