PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing green tea extracted solution rich in amino acids, having strong flavor, palatability and body taste, and slight astringency by efficiently eliminating tannin from relatively low-end tea leaves such as lower-grade green tea, coarse green tea, etc. SOLUTION: The method for easily manufacturing green tea extracted solution comprises the following process: preferably adding 5-100 wt.% polyvinyl polypyrrolidone (PVPP) to an extracted solution extracted from tea leaves based on the solid in the extracted solution under such a condition as to be left to stand or stirred in cold water at 0-30°C, preferably 10-30°C to subject the mixture to catalytic processing.
