PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a message according to a traffic state has not been transmittable in a conventional road traffic system. SOLUTION: This dynamic priority control method, in which the road traffic system comprises vehicles traveling on roads and a plurality of roadside devices connected to a roadside communication network, comprises a step for deciding an emergency degree function on the basis of a vehicle speed managed by the reception side roadside device and a service cord imparted to the emergency information message such as accident information, by the roadside device receiving the message; a step for calculating a distance between the transmission/ reception side roadside devices from position information managed by the reception side roadside device and position information imparted to the message; a step for calculating an emergency degree showing emergency of the information by use of the decided emergency degree function and the calculated distance; and a step for transmitting the messages to the vehicle in order wherein a priority level imparted to the message and the emergency degree are high is high.
