FIELD: agricultural and food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, bottom, feeding screw-type conveyor with plated housing and brushes, and is further equipped with contaminant discharge conveyor, discharge throat, washing tank, vertical discharge screw-type conveyor provided with drive shaft and enclosed in housing. Drive shaft is positioned inside movable tube, whose lower part rests upon spring and upper part is connected to movable toothed disk. Immovable toothed disk is fixed on washing unit casing. Drive shaft is provided with insert and is connected to tube equipped with slot. Discharge screw- type conveyor is designed for axial oscillation. Apparatus may be also used in feed production. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of root washing. 3 dwg |
