PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor, wherein ohmic resistance changes under pressure, capable of reliable temperature characteristics compensation and of outputting correct load signals not affected by temperature. SOLUTION: In this load sensor 60 which has a ceramic-made sandwich structure, narrow grooves 65, 66 are provided for the formation of temperature sensing elements 62, 63 which share the common base of an insulating section 64 and are the same as a load sensing element 61 in terms of temperature characteristics.
