PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set two heating power positions every burner of upper fire and lower fire and smoothly change over these positions in the case where the supply of fuel gas to the burners of upper fire and lower fire and the adjustment of gas flow rate are conducted with one gas valve. SOLUTION: A solenoid 2 and a flow regulating valve 4 are installed in an inside passage 11 of a valve casing 12 in which a gas inflow part 13 and two gas outflow parts 14 communicating each other are installed. The flow regulating valve is composed of a fixed disk 42 having four first communicating holes; and a rotary disk 43 having a second communicating hole coinciding with the first communicating holes when being rotated by the specified rotation angle. The first communicating hole is composed of two holes increasing gas flow rate and two holes decreasing gas flow rate, a pair of large and small holes is made to coincide with each gas outflow parts and faced each other, and arranged on the same circumference. Gas flow rate adjustment is made by making the second communicating hole coincide with the first communicating hole for every gas outflow part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
