PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device to be excellent in workability and besides easily usable for a plurality of machine kinds. SOLUTION: A stopper bolt 22 is mounted on a stopper mounting part 24 of a holder at which a speed control lever 13 is rotatably pivoted. A nut 28 is screwed to the stopper bolt 22, and a stopper spring 29 is mounted between the nut 28 and the stopper mounting part 24 to fix the nut 28. A tip part 22a of the stopper bolt 22 is brought into contact with a stopper part 23 of the speed control lever 13 and by blocking rotation of the speed control lever 13, the maximum number of revolutions of an engine is regulated. Adjustment of a contact position between the stopper bolt 22 and the speed control lever 13 is effected by rotating the stopper bolt 22. Mounting to different kinds of machines is effected only by adjustment of the set position of the nut 28 without changing the stopper ring 29. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
