PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein as a factor of deterioration, an organic compound layer formed of amorphous material has instability caused by its structure, and it is considered that the factor causes deterioration of an organic light emitting element, and especially when a dangling bond in the organic compound is active, it combines with moisture or other impurities to cause reaction, thereby causing irreversible deterioration. SOLUTION: An uncoupler existent in the organic compound layer is terminated to be inactivated. That is, hydrogen or halogen element are added to the organic compound layer to make the hydrogen and halogen element act on the dangling bond. In addition to the above, some other effect to be considered is to exhibit the action of inserting a hydrogen atom or hydrogen molecule between the molecules to stabilize the molecular structure or intermolecular bonding.
