PURPOSE: A grass cutting machine with a weeder and a safety net is provided to effectively cut grass regardless of the height and direction of a cutter, and to improve the appearance thereof while improving workability. CONSTITUTION: The grass cutting machine comprises a safety net provided at one side of a rotating cutter. The safety net includes a comb-shaped cover(13) formed by bending and welding a plurality of fixing and supporting bars having a certain diameter in a radial form for supporting the cutter, a fixing member(12) for shaping the fixing bars to have a comb-shape and allowing the fixing bars to vertically come into contact with the ground, and a tree protecting bar(15) of a foldable type.
