PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a web log by matching a member ID with a session ID is provided to check activities of a customer on a site before a log-in state beside the information generated after the log-in state by adding the member ID and the session ID when generating a web log file. CONSTITUTION: A member ID and a session ID are added to a web log file by adding a source for extracting the member ID and the session ID into a source code(101,103). The member information in a database and the web log file stored in a web server are read, and converted into a subdivided file while storing or refining a file. The file is stored(106,107,108). After combining and analyzing the web log file and the member information(109), the e-mail is forwarded to customers.
