PURPOSE: A machine tool for polishing is provided to polish the work piece accurately by operating stably with crossing the transfer units, to increase working efficiency by regulating rpm of the grinding tool easily, and to improve the reliability by processing with contacting the grind tool to the work piece at constant pressure. CONSTITUTION: A polishing machine tool comprises a first transfer unit(36) fixed to a coupler of columns with mounting a transfer part in the upper part; a second transfer unit(40) formed perpendicularly to the first transfer unit and fixed to the transfer part; a third transfer unit(42) vertically formed and fixed to the end of the second transfer unit; a tool head unit(46) installed in the lower part of the third transfer unit, inclined by a tilting unit(44), and composed of a driving unit rotating a grinding tool; and an automatic static pressure regulating unit applying contact pressure to the work piece to the grinding tool mounted in the tool head unit.
