PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management system that, in the case where a plurality of transmission management systems are provided in a transmission system, when another transmission management system performs control involving communication, can prevent the state of a transmission terminal changed by the control from being unable to be controlled, and allows a user of the transmission terminal to learn the state of a destination candidate video conference terminal and to request communication start at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A transmission/reception unit of a management system 50ab transmits post-change state information indicating the state of a changed terminal 10aa to a management system 50cd connected with a terminal 10db. This allows the terminal 10db to learn the state of the terminal 10aa via the management system 50cd and therefore to request the start of communication with the terminal 10aa at appropriate timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
