PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for association reaction between receptor and ligand capable of efficiently bringing a ligand or a receptor fixed to a unit for biochemical analysis into an association reaction with a receptor or a ligand and creating data for biochemical analysis with superior reproducibility and quantitativeness. SOLUTION: In the unit 1 for biochemical analysis, a plurality of adsorbent regions 4 containing the receptor or the ligand are formed separately from one another, and an electrode 6 is embedded. The unit 1 for biochemical analysis is set in a reaction container 13 provided with an electrode. A reaction solution containing the ligand or the receptor labelled with a labeling substance is housed in the reaction container. A positive voltage is impressed on the electrode 6 embedded in the unit for biochemical analysis, and a negative voltage is impressed on the electrode 14 of the reaction container to forcefully move the ligand or the receptor contained in the reaction solution so as to traverse the plurality of adsorbent regions formed in the unit for biochemical analysis.
