PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot spot detector capable of detecting a hot spot at low cost and also identifying the location of the hot pot.SOLUTION: A hot spot detector 90 includes: a standard-value calculation unit 70 which calculates an average value of a cluster voltage; a hot spot detection unit 72 which detects a cluster 12 whose cluster voltage is lower than a threshold value with respect to the average value as a hot spot; a detection information output unit 73 which outputs abnormal cluster location information for identifying a location of the cluster 12 detected as a hot spot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
