PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fine adjustment of a clearance between a bush and an inner tube even after assembly and also to improve expansion operatability of the inner tube. SOLUTION: In this front fork in which the inner tube 2 is slidably inserted into an outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 is guided through the bush 3 which is annular or has the C-shaped cross section provided on the inner periphery of the outer tube 1, a pressing member 4 opposing the outer face of the bush 3 is movably provided at the outer tube 1.
