PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable guidance of the latest actual operation situation and a route search on the basis of the guidance.SOLUTION: A route search device collects terminal positions from portable terminals 50 during boarding a train. A route search server 10 identifies the train on which a user is boarding and a present position by collating the collected terminal position and timetable information. The route search device stores a locus of the present position of the identified train. The route search device determines a delay situation of the train by collating the locus and the timetable information, and records a determination result in an updatable manner. Then, the route search device performs a route search on the basis of an operation prediction by operation information and the latest delay situation of the train according to a route search request from one of portable terminals 50, and provides a search result to the portable terminal 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
