PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tip part including a temperature measuring part of a linear thermocouple element as a sheet-shaped thermocouple below 50×m. SOLUTION: One end of the linear thermocouple element is joined to form the temperature measuring part, and then only the temperature measuring part side is pressurized into a sheet shape. Hereby, the temperature measuring part can be inserted into a very narrow gap, and this thermocouple requires no compensating lead wire to be joined and has high strength and high temperature measurement accuracy.
