PURPOSE: A message and chatting service system between identified members aiming at meeting is provided to screen a connector offering a commercial message by certainly guaranteeing the identification of a chatting user, and to recommend a sound meeting by correctly offering the identification between users. CONSTITUTION: A customer registers as a member and the member information is stored in a database(S1). A searching result is output as an icon of each certification level by searching the member data(S2). If a date requester transmits the message and completes settlement, the message is transmitted to other customer(S3). The other customer approves the date(S4). When the other customer approves the date, the other customer agrees to open the identification, and the date requester and the customer approving the date open the identification under the selection of a receiver(S5).
