PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment reducing a replacing work of a porous plug for a ladle and a burden imposed on an inside repair work and securing a safe work. SOLUTION: This ladle repair carrier having a water cooling capsule 17 mounted in front of a carrier 1 is disposed with a punch for replacing the porous plug 20 provided in the bottom part 19 of the ladle in the water cooling capsule 17. This ladle repair carrier has the punch, which is provided with a boom 7 having its base part attached to a support frame mount 5 on the carrier 1 in the rear part outside the water cooling capsule 17 so as to rotationally move in the top/bottom/left/right and its tip part extending in the water cooling capsule 17 so as to rotationally move in the top/bottom/left/right, a vertically rotational horizontal guide 9 provided in the tip of the boom, a vertically rotational guide cell 12 attached from the boom 7 extending inside the water cooling capsule 17 to its side via a cell mounting 11, a hydraulic breaker 14 provided in the guide cell 12 and moving frontward by a hydraulic chain feed motor 13, and a punch rod 15 fed by the hydraulic breaker 14.
