PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crankshaft causing no oil film loss by effectively providing a wedge effect. SOLUTION: This crankshaft comprises a crank journal 3 rotatably journaled by a main bearing, a crank pin 1 to which a large end part of a connecting rod 4 is rotatably connected, and a crank arm 2 for connecting the crank journal 3 and the crank pin 1. The crank pin 1 has an incomplete round section, and the minimum position of a bearing interval between the sectional shape and a bearing 5 is not on the shaft line connecting the rotation center of the crank journal 3 and the center of the bearing 5.
