PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work of function segments and make the parts as common as possible in an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A function segment base 7 having a lot of the function segments 7b corresponding function elements 3a of a switch device or the like is used. A first substrate 3 as a drive circuit board is arranged above the stays 6, 6, 6'. The function segment base 7 is arranged above the first substrate 3. The stays 6, 6, 6', the first substrate 3 and the function segment base 7 are fastened together from the stays 6, 6, 6' side to an upper case 2. The function segment base 7 is arranged between a ceiling plate 1A as a panel and the first substrate 3 as the drive circuit board.
