PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact constant voltage generator. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the constant voltage generator comprises the step of: forming a mesa shape superconducting superlattice structure 3 having a structure in which a superconducting layer and an insulating layer are alternately naturally stacked. The structure 3 is adhesively fixed to a dielectric board 1 via an epoxy resin 2. A mesa structure part 3A of the structure 3 is electrically connected to aλ/4 microstrip line (a length is 1/4 of the wavelength of a microwave) 8, and a mesa structure 3B is connected to a metal electrode 9 via a metal thin film 4.
