PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grip-dewatering tool for a golf umbrella which is not obstructive while it is not used by having extremely simple structure and being integrated with the golf parasol in the state of being fitted to the golf umbrella and which is easy to use. SOLUTION: The dewatering tool 10 is constituted to be fitted so as to surround the handle 102 of the golf umbrella 100 through a prescribed length and so as to expose a water absorbing member 14 to a surface in the fitting state. Thus, the water absorbing member 14 is arranged surrounding the handle 102 of the golf umbrella, so that a water absorbing tool is free from rocking in a suspended state and free from projecting from a parasol main body even when the umbrella is used, thereby the appearance of the umbrella is not damaged. Since there exists the water absorbing member surrounding the handle of the umbrella, a user can simply remove drop of water fitted to his/her glove or hands by gripping the part of this water absorbing member while walking or before shot.
