PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium suitable for high density recording of a hologram. SOLUTION: High density recording of a hologram in an optical recording medium is enabled by using a high sensitivity optical recording material having a large difference in refractive index between exposed and unexposed regions and comprising a binder whose refractive index is made≤1.35 by using a fluorine-containing oligomer and a monomer composition for a photopolymer comprising one or a plurality of high refractive index monomers and having a refractive index of≥1.55 in such a way that the difference in refractive index is made≥0.2 and by further adjusting the curing shrinkage percentage of the monomer composition, e.g. to≤0.1%.
