PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery system for reducing leakage of a refrigerant and reducing the quantity of leaked refrigerant when recovering the refrigerant from a refrigeration unit, and to provide a refrigerating air conditioner and a refrigerant recovering device which are friendly to the global environment. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating air conditioner to constitute a refrigerating cycle by connecting refrigerant pipes, a visco-elastic member to suppress refrigerant leakage is adhered to at least a part of the refrigerant pipes when recovering the refrigerant in the refrigerating cycle by drilling holes in the refrigerant pipes.
