PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door check mechanism that limits the opening of a door, to prevent the door from being opened more than the limit.SOLUTION: A door check mechanism 10 includes: displacement control means 11; a check link 12 having one end fixed to a vehicle body and extended to the inside of a vehicle door; a stopper unit 13 arranged at the other end of the check link; and an opening adjustment block 15 including a first contact unit, a second contact unit having a predetermined distance from the first contact unit, and a cushioning unit contact unit. The displacement control means includes a cushioning unit, and regulates the opening adjustment block moving toward the one end of the check link when coming into contact with the first contact unit. The stopper unit moves toward the one end of the check link, comes into contact with the second contact unit, to move the opening adjustment block. When the first contact unit comes into contact with the displacement control means, the opening adjustment block regulates displacement of the check link. The cushioning unit contact unit elastically deforms the cushioning unit as the opening adjustment block moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A |
