PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized refrigerant control valve device.SOLUTION: A refrigerant control valve device includes: a housing A that has an introduction port PS for receiving a refrigerant from an internal combustion engine E and a discharge portion P1 cylindrically projecting to send out the refrigerant; and a rotor B accommodated in the housing rotatably around a rotating axis X. The discharge portion P1 includes an annular seal 15a abutting on an outer surface of the rotor B. The rotor B includes a wall portion 23 serving as a spherical outer surface, and while passing through a center T of the wall portion 23, a center line Q1 of the discharge portion P1 is inclined to a direction in which an end on the projecting side of the discharge portion P1 separates from the introduction port PS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
