PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve, in which sufficient electromagnetic attraction force is efficiently and stably supplied to a moving member moving when the moving member is exited and the electromagnetic attraction force acts on the moving member. SOLUTION: Passages 20a into which working oil flows are disposed at two positions opposite to the radial direction of an outer circumferential portion of an approximately cylindrical plunger 20 (moving member), and are extended from one end in the axial direction of the plunger 20 to the other end thereof in the direction of a valve portion 3.
