PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an addition-curable silicone rubber composition which provides silicone rubber which has low hardness, high extensibility, high tensile strength, no surface tack, high impact resilience and a tight rubbery feeling and is suitably molded into a nipple for a baby bottle, a teething ring for a baby, etc. SOLUTION: The addition-curable silicone rubber comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane which contains an alkenyl group, has≤1,500 average degree of polymerization and is liquid at a normal temperature, (B) an organopolysiloxane which is in a crude rubber state at a room temperature, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (D) fumed silica having≥150 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area by a BET method, (E) an organolopolysiloxane which has no addition reaction functional group and≤300 average degree of polymerization and (F) an addition reaction catalyst as main components and provides a cured material having 10-25 hardness by a durometer A hardness meter.
