PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the air-tightness in a damper structure. SOLUTION: A damper device 127 has a frame 129 surrounding a first right upper opening 23, an open/close shutter 125 covering the first right upper opening to be opened/closed, and a rotating shaft 131 supporting the open/close shutter 125 rotatably relative to the frame 129. One surface of the open/close shutter 125 constitutes a first cutoff face 126 facing an upper channel on the outdoor side when the open/close shutter 125 is closed, and the other surface of the open/close shutter 125 constitutes a second cutoff face 128 facing a right upper channel when the open/close shutter 125 is closed. The first and second cutoff faces 126 and 128 are separated to the upper and lower sides by the rotating shaft 131 as the border. The areas facing air are the same on the upper and lower sides.
