PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly open and close a waterproof door by dispensing with a storing place. SOLUTION: The waterproof door 4 is rotatably supported around a vertical shaft center on the left side part of an entrance 1, and is openable between a closing position of the entrance 1 and a storing chamber 3 formed on the right side part of an entrance passage 2 continuing to the entrance 1. An opening and closing link 11 foldably connecting a storing chamber side link part 11a and a waterproof door side link 11b is provided between the interior side of the storing chamber 3 and the loose end side of the waterproof door 4. An operating end 12b of a city water pressure cylinder 12 supported rotatably on the entrance side of the storing chamber 3 is connected to the storing chamber side link 11a. The waterproof door 4 is at a closing position where it closes the entrance 1 at a position where the storing chamber side link 11a and the waterproof door side link 11b are aligned in a straight line.
