SOLUTION: The opening part external facing device is double-slidingly assembled even when inside and outside shutters openably arranging a group of a plurality of slats 2, etc., on a shutter frame B retrofitted to an opening part A of a building open the slats 2 respectively. Thus, the slat 2 of the external rain door 8 is fully opened, at the same time, the slat 2 of the inside shutter 1 is fully opened, since the inside and outside shutters 1 and 8 can be positioned to be overlapped, the shutters 1 and 8 dispenses with a space storing a door storage case or the like, and daylighting of the opening part A can be secured.
