摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil supplying piping structure for a ship engine capable of turning water and lumps of asphalt material contained in a fuel oil for the engine into fine particles, preventing poor combusting performance by making the fuel homogeneous, improving the combusting efficiency, reducing soot generation, and reducing the maintenance works of an economizer 13 using the exhaust gas as a heat source. SOLUTION: A filter 8 is installed downstream of a supply pump 7, and a circulation pump 9 is installed downstream of the filter 8, and a circulation line 11 is provided branching in front of a piping outlet 10 having communication to the fuel injection system of the engine 1 to form a piping system, whereby the fuel oil is circulated to the line 11, heated, and kept at 120°C approximately, and downstream of the pump 9, a fuel oil homogenizing device 20 is installed in which a rotary member 21 and a stationary member 22 having mating surfaces in a hexagonal or circular honeycomb-shaped concave-convex structure are installed confronting so as to turn the water/moisture of sizes 20μm or more and lumps of asphalt material of sizes 20-100μm approximately into fine particles and make homogeneous, to prevent incomplete combustion, improve the combusting efficiency, and reduce the soot generation.
