SOLUTION: In a structural body for an earthquake-resistant building reinforcing a reinforced concrete building (X) against earthquakes, slit buffer members (11) are interposed between a wall body (X1), a beam body (X2) and a column body (X3), and a cushion member (122) is attached to an steel bar anchor (121) which is connected between the wall body (X1), a beam body (X2) and a column body (X3).
