PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any portions between wall bodies, beam bodies or column bodies of a reinforced concrete building from being damaged or ruptured even though rocking vibrations occur in a horizontal direction due to earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: In a structural body for an earthquake-resistant building reinforcing a reinforced concrete building (X) against earthquakes, slit buffer members (11) are interposed between a wall body (X1), a beam body (X2) and a column body (X3), and a cushion member (122) is attached to an steel bar anchor (121) which is connected between the wall body (X1), a beam body (X2) and a column body (X3). More preferably, the steel bar anchor (121) is covered with a flexible film (123) and an earthquake-resistant reinforcing portion (12) is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
