BOND SOFT MAGNETIC BODY EXCELLENT IN MECHANICAL STRENGTH AND LITTLE IN DETERIORATION OF MECHANICAL STRENGTH DUE TO WATER ABSORPTION, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond soft magnetic body excellent in mechanical strengths and little in the deterioration of the mechanical strengths due to water absorption, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The bond soft magnetic body is obtained by compacting Fe-Co based soft magnetic alloy powder with 0.1-2 mass % resin. The resin is a mixed resin of a polyamide resin/fluororesin in a mass blending ratio of 1-9. The magnetic body is excellent in mechanical strengths and little in deterioration of the mechanical strengths due to water absorption. The method for manufacturing the same is also disclosed.
