PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in heat storage operation. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 10 is provided with a heat source side unit 11 having a compressor 18 and heat source side heat exchanger 21, a heat storage unit 12 disposed with a heat storage coil 35 submerged in a heat storage tank 36, and a use side unit 13 having a use side heat exchanger 24, and allows a control device 51 to perform a heat storage operation, heat storage using operation, and non-heat storage using operation. The control device is so constituted as to change the capacity of the compressor according to the water temperature of the heat storage tank in the heat storage operation for storing the heat in the heat storage tank.
