The watering system for outdoor flower boxes involves a reservoir (1) from which plants can take water and fertilizer (2) and prevents plants from ''drowning'' in rainy weather. The system is formed on a plate (3) with two holes. In the center of the plate is a tube (4) which extends downwards to the box base and at one side is a tube (5) extending upwards for filling with water and fertilizer. Under the plate with holes is a hole (6) in the side of the plant box through which excess water and possibly rain water can evacuate. On the plate with holes a bag with earth (7) is placed. A hole is made in the bottom of the bag, over which earth locates. From the hole, a tube goes down into the water reservoir and is filled with earth. This allows the earth and the plant to suck up water.
