Obtained water-air mix is fed into aeration chamber 10. Then water successively flows through chambers 13 and 15, separated by mesh 14, and filtering bed 16. Formed foam is discharged via branch pipe 7 from foam receiver 8. Purified water is discharged from chamber 18 via discharge device 17.
