PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the sampling amount of a liquid changed easily, and to precisely sample the regular amount of the liquid. SOLUTION: In this method for sampling the fixed amount of the liquid using a fixed amount liquid sampling device D provided with a storage container 3 having an exit port 1 for delivering the stored liquid S and a tube body insertion opening 2, a tube body 4 of which the one end is inserted extractably from the insertion port 2 into an inside of the container 3, and having a liquid supplying part 4b in the other end, and a liquid introducing part 4a for introducing the liquid S into the container 3, the liquid S is introduced from the liquid introducing part 4a into the container 3 to bring a condition where a liquid level of the liquid S is positioned in a position higher than an upper end of tube body 4, the liquid S is delivered thereafter from the exit port 1 under the condition where the liquid S stored in the tube body 4 is held, and the liquid S stored in the tube body 4 is supplied form the liquid supplying part 4b to a liquid supplying object 19.
