PURPOSE: Provided is rod shaped rice cake for boiled rice-cake using normal rice as a main ingredient and natural coloring agents, sesame powder and capsicum liquid. Therefore, rod shaped rice cake has a savory taste and various kinds of color. CONSTITUTION: Rod shaped rice cake for boiled rice-cake is characterized by using normal rice as a main ingredient and adding natural coloring agents, sesame powder and a capsicum extract to the normal rice. The natural coloring agent is selected from spinach powder or paprika. |
