PURPOSE: A wearing of a coating layer formed in a variable resistance plate by a sliding contact is prevented to improve durability of the wiper switch. CONSTITUTION: A variable resistance plate(10) has a circular plate shape and a variable resistance coating layer(10a,10b). A conducting terminal(20) is made of a conductive material and has a conforming shape with the variable resistance plate. Contacting portions(20a,20b) corresponding to the variable resistance coating layer are formed to input/output current to rotate the contacting terminal. An intermediate terminal(30) is positioned between the variable resistance plate and the conducting terminal. A plurality of conducting terminals(36) is provided to be connected to the variable resistance coating layer in one end and to the contacting portions in the other end.
