PURPOSE: A film type throttle valve is provided to reduce pulsation noise in bumping suction air pressed in a turbocharger into a throttle valve by forming the film type throttle valve when closing the throttle valve by operating an accelerator, and to control the air-fuel ratio efficiently by electronically controlling the opening degree of the throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve adjusting intake air into an engine inside a throttle body(20) comprises a diaphragm(21) formed longitudinally in the center of the throttle body; a rolling unit winding films(31,32) on both sides of the diaphragm by actuating driving motors(24a,24b,24c,24d); and the film wound on the rolling unit to control flow of intake air into air passages(23a,23b) at both sides of the diaphragm. Through holes(33,34) are formed in the films, and a separator(22) is formed in the front of the diaphragm to divide flow of intake air into both sides without colliding with the diaphragm.
