<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically manage name cards by using the Internet based on identification information displayed in the name cards. <P>SOLUTION: A participating name card user 3 transmits name card user information stored in a name card user computer to a server computer 9. The server computer which has received the name card user information prepares the identification information of each agent assigned member, and transmits the identification to an agent computer. The agent assigned member displays the identification information on his or her own name card for use. The user who has received the name card inputs the identification information from an input/output part 49 of a user computer 13. The identification information is transmitted to the server computer 9 side, and the name card information corresponding to the identification information is transmitted to a user computer 13.
